We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (Lead Generation)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 1–3 years (IT Sales / Lead Generation preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000/month (Hike after probation based on performance or after 1 year)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Associate to drive lead generation and client outreach for the Dubai market. Your role includes identifying prospects, engaging through WhatsApp/LinkedIn/calls, and setting up sales meetings for the team.

Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify potential clients from the Dubai market

* Reach out to prospects via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls

* Schedule meetings and follow up to maintain engagement

* Maintain lead databases and hit weekly/monthly targets

* Work with tools like , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SEMrush

Requirements

* Strong English communication skills

* 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales

* Consistent, focused, and target-driven approach

* Familiarity with IT services (websites, mobile apps, digital marketing) is an added plus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
