About Us: TEAM WAVES is expanding its operations across Kerala and into other parts of India. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.
Career Growth Path: Selected candidates will begin as Business Associates/Trainees and undergo 3 months of comprehensive training covering key areas of marketing, sales, team management, and communication Upon successful completion Promotion to Senior Business Associate Career progression towards Team Leader / Business Development Executive roles within 6 months
Key Responsibilities: Identify and explore new business opportunities Present and promote our products and services to potential clients Represent the brand during client interactions and meetings Support team activities and contribute to overall business growth Continuously develop skills toward future leadership roles Maintain a positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude
Job Requirements: Any Degree / Diploma/ Post graduation Freshers or immediate starters are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Target-oriented mindset with interest in sales & business development
