Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential students and clients.
  • Promote courses and programs offered by Avodha EduTech.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to guide students on suitable career paths.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and interactions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Participate in promotional events, webinars, and outreach activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferred).
  • Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Working Hours

Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
