Business Development Associate – IT Services
Location: Infopark, Kochi (Onsite)
Experience: 2–3 years (preferably in IT Services / Staffing / Outsourcing Sales)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Associate
to join our sales team at
Heidelsoft
. The role primarily focuses on
lead generation
for our IT outsourcing services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and supporting the process of converting leads into business opportunities across international markets, particularly in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT and non-IT sectors.
- Generate high-quality leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospects to understand their resource requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to align client needs with suitable developer profiles.
- Maintain accurate lead and communication records in CRM tools.
- Support in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in
lead generation, inside sales, or business development
(preferably in IT services or staffing). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective client research and identify key decision-makers.
- Experience using
CRM tools, Sales tools and email automation platforms
. - Goal-oriented attitude with strong initiative and persistence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
