Job Title: Female Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Female Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding market presence. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and the ability to manage the full business development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Lead sales discussions, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare and respond to proposals, tenders, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Prior experience in IT sales is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
