About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer (3–5 years experience) to drive client acquisition, field engagement, and strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This role involves both on-field and in-office activities, offering exposure to diverse industries and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, field visits, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with startups, corporates, and institutions.
- Conduct on-field client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions from ZXgocorp's service portfolio.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with measurable growth outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups through CRM tools.
- Represent ZXgocorp at networking events, conferences, and client discussions.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and support leadership in expansion initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Client Relations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct field work, client meetings, and follow-ups across Kerala and nearby regions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
- Exposure to IT, Marketing, or Consulting sectors preferred.
- Self-driven, confident, and capable of working independently with accountability.
What We Offer
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
