Role Overview
As a BDA, you'll be responsible for inside sales and tele-counseling, connecting with prospective students and parents to share information about the Work-Integrated BCA program.
Your goal is to build interest, generate admissions, and support the BDM in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to leads from campaigns, events, and referrals.
● Explain the benefits and structure of the Work-Integrated BCA program clearly and persuasively.
● Schedule counseling sessions and ensure smooth coordination with walk-in students and parents.
● Follow up with interested leads and maintain records in CRM.
● Assist in executing offline and online marketing initiatives.
● Support the BDM during events, seminars, and student orientations.
● Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets through consistent performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and listening skills in English and Malayalam.
Confidence to engage in phone and face-to-face conversations.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and enthusiasm.
Prior experience in student counseling or telesales is a plus (not mandatory).
Fresh graduates passionate about education and technology are welcome.
