Role Overview:
- The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance, and acting as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to different departments. This role requires a proactive individual who can align HR initiatives with organisational goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy in salary processing.
- Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance management.
- Partner with business units to provide HRBP support in workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS updates.
- Drive HR policies, processes, and compliance adherence.
- Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with L&D.
- Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PG in HR or related field.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in handling end-to-end HR functions (preferably in healthcare or service sector).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HRBP practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
