Workshop Manager – Krishna TVS, Tirunelveli

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to lead our Service Department at Krishna TVS, Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, proven leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Drive service process excellence to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service technicians, advisors, and support staff.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as labor efficiency, customer satisfaction, and repeat repairs.
  • Implement cost control measures and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to TVS Motor Company standards and policies.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with parts, billing, and sales departments for seamless operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a two-wheeler service industry (TVS experience preferred).
  • Strong technical background with sound knowledge of modern workshop systems.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify improvement areas and implement effective processes.
  • Proven track record of improving workshop efficiency and profitability.
