We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience to lead SaaS (Software as a Service) projects from inception to delivery in Tirunelveli. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of SaaS product development, deployment, and iteration while meeting client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for SaaS products, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Asana, or
  • Facilitate agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of SaaS features, focusing on usability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or software development projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or ).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS product development lifecycles and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
