Job Title: Architect Engineer / Architectural Assistant

Location: Tirunelveli (Office-Based Role)

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture

Experience: 15 years (Freshers with strong design skills can also apply)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect Engineer / Architectural Assistant to join our team at Tirunelveli office. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building planning, and visualization. The role demands creativity, precision, and commitment to quality design and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations as per project requirements.
  • Assist in concept design development, presentation drawings, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams for design integration.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings when required.
  • Handle AutoCAD drawings, rendering, and documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Manage and organize project documentation and design data efficiently.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion / 3ds Max / Photoshop (for rendering & visualization).
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and time management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Tirunelveli.
  • Passionate about architecture, design innovation, and sustainable practices.
  • Open to learning and working on varied architectural and interior projects.
