Purchase Head

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Handle end-to-end procurement for solar EPC projects including modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and contractors for solar materials and services.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams for material requirement planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, and material tracking.
• Develop and maintain vendor database, rate contracts, and supplier performance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present purchase MIS reports to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar components, specifications, and procurement cycle.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Hands-on experience in SAP / ERP / MS Excel for purchase management.
• Good understanding of logistics, taxation, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and cost-control abilities.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,899.62 per month
