Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
  • Manage workforce, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure discipline.
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams for uninterrupted production.
  • Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing unit.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle production challenges and manpower effectively.
  • Ready to stay available round the clock as per production needs.
