Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Head of Production
located in
Tirunelveli
. The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing production planning, managing day-to-day production operations, coordinating with different teams, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency and quality in production. The role also involves strategic planning to enhance production capacities and ensure that targets are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet production targets and timelines.
  • Implement best practices in solar manufacturing and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in production/manufacturing, with
    strong exposure to the solar industry
    .
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale production teams and facilities.
  • Technical expertise in solar module manufacturing processes is a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
