Saloon Manager

Role Overview:

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, and maintaining brand standards across the salon.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day salon activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and customer handling.
• Monitor service quality and ensure all SOPs are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the salon.

2. Staff Management

• Lead, train, and motivate salon staff (stylists, beauticians, front desk).
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staff deployment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Resolve team conflicts and ensure professional behavior at all times.

3. Customer Service

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage membership/loyalty programs.

4. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales, service, and retail targets.
• Promote new services, monthly campaigns, and salon offers.
• Train staff on upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Track performance KPIs such as NPS, penetration %, and productivity.

5. Inventory & Asset Management

• Monitor stock levels of products, consumables, and equipment.
• Maintain proper stock entry, usage, and wastage control.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Cluster/Area Manager.
• Track revenue, growth %, NPS, attendance, and expenses.
• Maintain audit records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Beauty, Cosmetology, or Salon Management (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in salon operations, including team handling.

Work Conditions

• Rotational shifts, weekends, and festival working required.
• Must follow grooming and uniform standards.
• High professionalism and customer-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
