Hiring Counsellor- Online Courses at Orane international

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Counselor to guide and counsel prospective students for our online beauty courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing information, clarifying doubts, and ensuring smooth enrollment while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries related to online beauty courses through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Counsel potential students regarding course options, eligibility, and career opportunities in the beauty industry.
- Understand students' needs and recommend appropriate courses to meet their goals.
- Guide students through the admission process, from course selection to enrollment formalities.
- Follow up with leads systematically and maintain proper records of communication and conversions.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay updated on course structures, new launches, certifications, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to resolve any student queries or issues.
- Maintain excellent relationships with enrolled students to encourage referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from any recognized institution
- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, preferably for online or vocational courses. (preferably in educational, edtech).
- Good understanding of the beauty industry and related career pathways.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle online CRM systems and maintain accurate counseling records.
