Channel Partner Management:
Recruiting and Onboarding: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance, providing guidance and support to improve results.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and its channel partners.
- Channel Strategy Development:
- Strategy Formulation: Developing and implementing strategic channel sales initiatives to achieve company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and refine channel strategies.
- Sales Plan Execution: Developing and executing sales plans for the channel, setting targets, and tracking progress.
