
Channel Sales Manager

- A Channel Sales Manager in Chandigarh for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for driving loan sales through indirect channels like DSAs, brokers, dealers, and building partnerships to maximize business volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies—identify, appoint, and manage DSAs, brokers, and other channel partners for PL, BL, HL, LAP.
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging channel networks and supporting partners in client acquisition and loan disbursal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and training.
- Monitor pipeline, market expansion, and competitor activity, and adapt strategy to capture more market share in Chandigarh.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and marketing teams for timely loan processing, marketing campaigns, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver channel sales reports, updating management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Promote compliance and portfolio quality by ensuring partners follow KYC, document checks, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, loan sales, banking, or NBFC roles.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
- Analytical skills to monitor sales data, expand coverage, and lead market expansion efforts.
- Self-driven and results-oriented personality with knowledge of local channel networks
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
