Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Hardware (Laptops)
Location: Delhi NCR /Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our laptop & IT hardware sales across designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Channel sales targets for laptops.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities within the region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 9+ years) in hardware sales, preferably in laptops or related technology products.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the hardware industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
