Role - Channel Sales Manager (B2B)
Job Purpose- Responsible for developing distribution network
Product Basket- Water Tanks, Water Tank Stand, Plastic pallets, Planters, blow molded furniture and plastic hardware Items (Cistern, seat covers) etc
Location - Flexible
Key Responsibilities -
- Primary sales
- Developing business & maintain channel sales & distribution
- Conduct meetings with distributors and promote our offerings
- Responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, payment collection, New Product introduction, customer complaints within the territory.
- Responsible for driving sales growth within a specific geographic area by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities
- Analyse sales data, manage the sales pipeline
- Track and analyse channel partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Actively seeks out and onboards new partners, expanding the company's reach and potential sales network.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel partners
