Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (distributors, dealers, and retailers) to drive product sales.
Onboard new partners and ensure consistent communication and engagement.
Actively promote Sketch Lightings products through
presentations, promotional materials, and product training
sessions.
Train partners on product features, USPs, and pricing structures.
Monitor partner performance and sales targets, and support them with necessary tools and resources.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration through channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and correct positioning of products.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production)
to fulfill partner requirements.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales performance.
Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments from
channel partners.
