Deputy Channel Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales professional with a proven track record in the audio equipment and musical instruments industry. The role requires building and managing strong channel partner ecosystems (dealers, distributors, retail partners, and institutional partners) while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management: Develop, onboard, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retail partners, music stores, and institutional resellers in the region.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving business through channels across professional audio, consumer audio, and musical instrument categories.
- Market Expansion: Identify new channel opportunities, expand partner networks, and penetrate untapped geographies.
- Business Strategy: Design and execute channel sales strategies aligned with company goals for the audio and musical instruments segment.
- Partner Enablement: Conduct product training, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities to empower partners for increased sales conversion.
- Key Account Handling: Manage relationships with large format retailers, institutional buyers (schools, colleges, auditoriums, music academies), and B2B accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor regional channel sales executives to achieve collective targets.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning; provide inputs to product and marketing teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Review and monitor partner performance, credit control, sales forecasts, and ROI metrics.
