JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be responsible for generating leads and arrange meetings for sales teams through multi- channel outreach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively identify and generate leads, driving them through to successful deal closures.

Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth, ensuring exceptional client experiences at every interaction.

Simplify and communicate complex information effectively to build trust and credibility with clients.

Deliver impactful product demonstrations that spark interest and secure appointments or personal meetings.

Collaborate closely with Business Units to support seamless deal closures and ensure smooth hand-offs to delivery teams.

Identify new sales opportunities and share valuable market intelligence with the sales teams.

Champion a dynamic sales approach that reflects the companys market presence and values.

Partner with sales teams to research target accounts, analyze the outsourcing landscape, and develop effective account penetration strategies.

Manage end-to-end B2B corporate coordination to ensure business objectives are met.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.

Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, emailing tools, etc.

Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, and webinars, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.

Other Functions:

Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.

Preparation of pipeline, MIS and order forecasts with periodic status.
