Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales BDM to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth for our SAP ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP products, strong client engagement skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for SAP ERP offerings.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-size and large enterprises.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and demonstrate the value of SAP ERP solutions.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and SAP teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, SAP product updates, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3+ years focused on SAP ERP.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in the ERP space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client business processes and articulate how SAP can drive value.
- Strong network of SAP contacts and prospects is a plus.
- Experience working with SAP partners, resellers, and internal SAP account teams.
