Are you a confident communicator with a passion for global business? Join our growing team We are conducting a Walk-In Drive to hire talented Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) who can engage and grow relationships with international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions such as web apps, mobile apps, custom software, etc.
- Generate leads, pitch services/products to potential international clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct client meetings via Zoom/Google Meet and maintain professional communication.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and close deals.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in international client handling (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus.
