About the Role:
Are you great at making connections and starting conversations online? We're looking for Lead Generation Specialists who can effectively use LinkedIn and other online platforms to generate quality leads from international markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.).

Position: Lead Generation Executive / Specialist

Job Location: KVCH, C-109, Sector 2, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential international clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other professional platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for BDEs/BDMs by initiating conversations and gathering key client information.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to engage prospects.
- Maintain detailed lead records using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to hand over qualified leads.
- Conduct industry and company research to target ideal client profiles.
- Track outreach performance and optimize messaging.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
- Experience in lead generation or pre-sales for international markets preferred.
- Good understanding of client profiling.
- Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
