About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager with proven experience in the GPS / Telematics / Fleet Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our business in the GPS domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the GPS tracking & telematics industry.
- Generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical & support) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in GPS / Telematics / Vehicle Tracking industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GPS solutions, fleet management systems, and IoT-based tracking devices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle client interactions confidently.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
