Educational Qualification

Any Bachelor's/Master degree

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Take care & verification to SS, distributer & retailer level.
- ERP training to all sales team across all India.
- CSM Performance Report, CSM’s Team Sales Report
- Visit Wise Performance Report
- Distributer Channel and Manpower Status
- GT Sales Team Performance Analysis
- BDM (Business Development Manager).
- Share TGT vs ACH of DB & RETAILER SALES report every week end with each concerned CSM & RSM & information on the corrective steps to be taken in the subsequent week.
- each SS/DB Regular follow up with telephonically at least once a week (divide the days state-wise)
- SS & DB Primary & Secondary Sales Target/Achievement share the report every Monday
- Process wise RSP Performance Report Analysis (4- Salary Segment)
- Sales Wise RSP Performance Report Analysis (4-Sale Segment)
- CSM Process wise Performance Summery Report and their three Segment wise Report0
- Zone wise Average Number of Order, Sale and order Size.
- GT Sales Team Payroll and Salary.
- Modern Trade Sale Performance Report
- Corporate Sale Performance Report
- ERP Administrator, Product Creation,
- Beat Plan Application for Sales Team
- Partner Application for our Partner.
- Other issue resolving of ERP.
