Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM - SALES (SOLAR - C&I) located in New Delhi. The BDM - SALES will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial solar sector, conducting market research, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and leading negotiations and sales processes. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and contribute positively to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and developing business opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating sales
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in the solar industry or related renewable energy sector
  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
