Designation - Sales Business Head – Solar Distribution
Location - Noida, India
Salary Range - ₹10 – 12 LPA
We are a leading organization in the Solar Industry, specializing in Solar Distribution and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Projects. We provide high-quality solar products and turnkey solutions to businesses and institutions across India.
We are looking for an experienced
Sales Business Head
who has a proven track record in Solar Distribution companies and has managed EPC projects. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee the sales & distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Solar Distribution and EPC projects. - Business Development:
Identify and acquire new clients, distributors, and channel partners in the solar sector. - Team Management:
Lead and mentor the sales & business development team to achieve objectives. - Project Oversight:
Work closely with EPC project teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts. - Partnership Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, manufacturers, and suppliers. - Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth. - Revenue & Profitability:
Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability through effective pricing and margin management.
Requirements:
- Experience:
8–10 years of experience in
Solar Distribution
and
EPC Projects
, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the solar market, products, and distribution channels. - Network:
Established network of clients, EPC contractors, and channel partners in the solar industry. - Skills:
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Commerce (MBA preferred).
