Job description
A premium manufacturer of technical foam materials is looking for a:
HEAD SALES - FOAM MANUFACTURING
Mission: Responsible to manage the sales team, analyze our sales and propose sales strategy to current and new clients
Areas and Tasks:
Business strategy and implementation:
- Develop strategic business plan
- Assurance the sales objective accomplishment
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Analyze the sales of each agent and customer.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
- Support the launch of new products
Sales task and team management:
- Give support to agents in other areas
- Used and control of CRM
- Report to General Manager
- Ask seller reports to sales agent
- Manage, develop and control the sales force.
- Have updated KPI´s (sales, margin, lost client, new client...)
- Visit client is his own zone
Customer Relationship Management:
- Know the need of customers
- Track samples orders and give feedback to production area
- Track order to customers
- Support the customer services team
- Manage the Warehouse FG team.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market
- opportunities.
- Work the needs of customers with the production area
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing
Sales budget and Planning:
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected
- Sales budgest tracking.
- Sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Propose corrections to ensure budget compliance.
- Track deliveries to customers.
Requirements
Requirements and key responsibilities:
- Minimum Qualification: Masters in Sales & Marketing
- Experience: More than 5 years in similar tasks
- Language: English (level A1), Hindi (level A1)
- Knowledgement:Sales and strategy management tools, sales force management, know how about footwear and footwear components, knowledge and good relationship in footwear industry. Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
