Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales, located in Noida. The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth across various sectors. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, creating forecasts, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role acts as a key player in aligning sales objectives with the company's business goals to ensure consistent success.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to lead and execute strategies effectively
- Proven expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Team Management skills for leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team
- Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, forecast growth, and inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in sales within sectors such as Publishing, Healthcare, Real Estate, or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
