Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The role involves overseeing the sales team, managing accounts, analyzing market data, and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. The Head of Sales and Business Development will also be responsible for team management, sales planning, and implementing effective sales management techniques.

  • Proficient in Account Management and Sales Management
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus
