1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Sales Strategy Development:
Design and implement branch-specific sales strategies aligned with overall company goals. - Market Analysis:
Study local market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. - Target Setting:
Define branch sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. - Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
Plan branch budgets, allocate resources effectively for marketing, promotions, and operations.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Performance Management:
Monitor individual and team performance against targets; conduct appraisals. - Coaching & Mentorship:
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members for skill development and goal achievement. Ensure everyone on the team is achieving sales targets assist and mentor them to close client deals efficiently. - Conflict Resolution:
Address internal conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Sales Operations
- Pipeline Management:
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensure leads are followed up promptly, and maintain healthy conversion rates. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. - Reporting & Analytics:
Track branch performance, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior management. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
4. Business Development
- New Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential customers to grow the client base B2C. - Partnerships & Alliances:
Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders to enhance branch growth. - Product & Service Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns
5. Operational & Administrative Duties
- Branch Operations Management:
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations including Client documentation. - Expense Control:
Monitor and control operational expenses to maintain profitability. - Crisis Management:
Handle customer complaints, operational disruptions, or urgent business challenges effectively.
6. Reporting & Communication
- Upward Communication:
Keep senior management informed about branch performance, challenges, and opportunities. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Liaise with marketing, finance, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
