Job Summary:

  • Drive growth and expansion of distribution and channel network.
  • Build and manage omni channel strategies, including B2B2C, e-commerce, B2B channels.
  • Identify new markets and potential channel partners in collaboration with sales.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of channel partners covering onboarding, scaling, and performance.
  • Turn around low growth branches by diagnosing issues and implementing action plans.
  • Train and build sales team capabilities to improve field effectiveness.
  • Maintain overall health and hygiene of channel partners in the region.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build partnerships and manage relationships with channel partners.
  • Run enablement programs such as incentive schemes, rewards, business planning, and quarterly reviews (QBRs).
  • Support sales teams in capability building and effectiveness through training.
  • Drive market expansion beyond existing territories.
  • Monitor and maintain channel partner performance and satisfaction.
  • Analyze low performing branches and apply corrective strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth channel operations.

Profile Description:

  • MBA or PG Diploma from a top 100 B school in India (NIRF-ranked preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management.
  • Exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Age preferably not more than 35 years.
