Business Context

Agency Commercial Lines is a relationship between an Agency and an insurance company that is aimed at offering insurance products of non-motor or insurance benefits to the channel customers. In this partnership, Agent and tellers become the point of sale and point of contact for the customer. Agents are advised and supported by the insurance company through wholesale product information, marketing campaigns and sales training. The Agency and the insurance company share the commission. Role Summary

In the above context, the CSM role is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Agency team and Tie Ups& primarily grow the business with profits. They have to understand the Non-motor products ( Fire/Marine/energy/GMC GPA /Liability Etc) , source the business, conduct developmental activities, recruit, motivate and provide training for the employees

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium

  2. Channel Relationship.

  3. Workshops, Camps.
  4. Plan and make strategies

  5. Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels

  6. Analyze the underwritten business book and build strategies for driving results by designing an approach line for team for desired business

  7. Recruitment

  8. Recruitment of agents; Input Activities: Name gathering activities, career orientation program with TATAAIG like RnR, Club Membership, Quarterly contest, Educational programs etc.

  9. Responsible for Activation

  10. Float all contest and club convention on monthly and weekly basis to producers.

  11. Monthly quarterly and yearly goal settings

  12. Retention of business

  13. Focus on increase the costumer contractibility.

  14. Provide the renewals details on timely basis
