Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative from the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry to handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience across our restaurant brands. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain brand standards while managing high-volume customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve complaints and service-related issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with restaurant outlets and internal teams for bookings, feedback, and service recovery.
  • Maintain customer databases and track feedback trends to improve service quality.
  • Assist in executing loyalty programs, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure all communication reflects brand tone, values, and service standards.
  • Support the Corporate Sales / Guest Relations team with follow-ups and client servicing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, guest relations, or reservations within the F&B / hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or POS systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
