Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Technical Executive located in Dadri. The Presales Technical Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and providing technical expertise during the sales process. Additional responsibilities include managing RFPs/RFQs, customizing solutions to meet client needs, and assisting the sales team with technical queries. Collaboration with engineering teams to refine solutions may also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge in Contact Center Solutions, Telecommunication, and AI-powered tools
  • Experience in RFP/RFQ management, proposal drafting, and client presentations
  • Skills in customizing solutions and integrating APIs, CRM platforms, or third-party tools
  • Proficiency in predictive dialing, ACD, IVR, and other call center technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
  • Problem-solving aptitude and flexibility in managing client-specific requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with cloud and on-premise deployments is a plus
