Job summary

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand our Foundry Division. The ideal candidate will come with a solid background in foundry or machine shop operations, a strong domestic network, and the drive to translate opportunities into measurable business growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify the right customers, build long-term partnerships, and consistently achieve volume targets while representing our brand with credibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new customers and expand the existing client base for the Foundry Division.
  • Consistently contribute to expanding order volumes, with a strong focus on adding order volumes of new business.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across domestic markets, leveraging maximum networking strength.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with production capacity and delivery schedules.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide insights for business decisions.

Candidate profile

  • 8 to 15 years of proven experience in foundry or machine shop industry.
  • Strong domestic market network and demonstrated success in customer acquisition.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and volume achievement.
