Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Junior Business Development Manager to support our growth initiatives in Coimbatore and beyond. The ideal candidate will help identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote our digital services including Website Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in Coimbatore and other regions.
- Promote the company's website development, design, and SEO services to SMEs, startups, and enterprises.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and digital trends.
- Schedule meetings, deliver pitches, and assist in proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Keep track of sales targets and help achieve business growth KPIs.
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Represent the company at local networking events, business expos, and meetups.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital or IT services industry.
- Understanding of digital services: website development, SEO, UI/UX design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
- Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred for local communication).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) is a plus.
