Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Key tasks include generating leads, driving sales growth, creating proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. The role also requires monitoring market trends and providing strategic recommendations to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen, sales expertise, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and networking
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience in the design, construction, or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
