Job Overview:
The B2C Business Development Manager will drive retail and corporate sales for gold and silver bullion, manage client relationships, and expand the brand's presence through effective communication and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new retail and corporate leads for gold/silver investments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and sales negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for performance improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in B2C or investment product sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- High customer orientation and relationship management ability.
- Understanding of bullion and investment products.
