You will actively generate and qualify leads, manage prospective client relationships, and close business opportunities. This is a field-facing role that combines outreach, relationship building, and strategic selling to grow revenue within assigned territories or segments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients using cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Research target accounts and craft tailored pitches.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demo meetings (virtual or in-person).
  • Negotiate terms and close deals within delegated authority.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecast monthly revenue.
  • Collaborate with delivery/operations to ensure successful handover.

Required qualifications & skills:

  • Graduate or MBA.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales funnel and prioritize high-value leads.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Experience selling to institutions or B2B clients.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and contract basics.

Experience: 2+ years in business development or B2B sales.
