You'll be the operational backbone for the sales and business development team. This role combines admin, data management, reporting and coordination — ensuring leads are tracked, proposals move through the pipeline, and the team has the information and materials they need to close deals. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client/customer databases (CRM) and sales documentation with accuracy.
  • Prepare and format proposals, quotations, and standard client letters.
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups between sales, delivery, and support teams.
  • Track sales KPIs (leads, conversions, pipeline stages) and produce weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensure documentation compliance for client onboarding (contracts, invoices).
  • Organize team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actionable items.

Required qualifications & skills:

  • BBA / B.Com / MBA.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and experience with a CRM (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and task prioritization.

Location: On-site (edit to actual city/branch)

Job Type: Full-time (office hours; probation 3 months)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Basic familiarity with sales processes and quotation workflows.
  • Experience with reporting/BI tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI) is a plus.

Experience: 2+ years in admin or sales-support roles.

What success looks like (first 6 months):

  • Clean, up-to-date CRM with measurable reduction in data errors.
  • Timely reports that help the BD team hit monthly targets.
  • Smooth coordination between departments with reduced delays in client onboarding.
