Job Summary:
We are seeking a School Coordination Executive who will play a vital role in connecting with schools, fixing appointments, and supporting the Business Development Associates (BDA) team. The candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to use Google Maps to identify and plan visits to potential school locations.
This role involves calling schools, introducing our products (Robotics, Innovation Lab, e-Library, 3D Curriculum, Coding Programs), scheduling demos, and preparing itineraries for BDAs to ensure smooth school visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential schools to introduce our products and solutions.
- Fix appointments with principals, coordinators, and school management for product demos.
- Use Google Maps to identify and locate new potential schools in target areas.
- Prepare a daily itinerary/route plan for the BDA team for school visits.
- Maintain and update school contact information and call records in the database.
- Coordinate with BDAs to ensure demo sessions at schools are scheduled and executed smoothly.
- Follow up with schools after demos to track interest and share updates with the sales team.
- Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and parent interaction sessions whenever required.
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional language will be an advantage).
- Ability to use Google Maps effectively for school identification and route planning.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM, Internet browsing).
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prepare itineraries and reports.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or school coordination will be preferred
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
