KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - SALES (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Business planning for all Industrial Filtration segments, Customer visits and Account management. Maintaining operating planning vs sales, profit etc. Contribute to technical feedback from customer sites, service support and contribute in product development
- Achieve sales, payment collection targets, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG), Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) collection and submission, Coordinate with customer and finance for PBG, ABG, EMD
- Prepare quotation, tenders, negotiations, secure contracts. Authorities - Offer preparation, price and contract terms negotiations as per authority matrix
- Knowledge and able to prepare / execute SOP Preparation, Booth Balancing, Dirt-in-paint analysis, Particle Count activities, Filter installation & supervision, Air velocity check activities, Erection and commissioning of filters, Take filter measurements at site
- Contribute in marketing, branding, participate in exhibition, seminar, customer visits, product demonstrations, creating visibility of company brand and products, Presentations and Webinar
- Maintaining existing customers, markets and securing new customer accounts, Collection information about customer requirements and competition
- Providing all necessary support during order to cash process, Support customer complaint management process. Prepare forecast and MRP, along with pending order status.
Qualifications
- Must have Engineering Degree in any stream
- 8 years and 10 years of experience in Sales of Air Filters or Engineering products
- Functional Knowledge Sales, Marketing process of products and services. High level aptitude and grasping on technology
- Excellent Negotiation skills, Fluent Communication skills, Presentation skills
- Candidate should possess very high level of interpersonal skills
- Working Proficiency in SAP and advanced level of Microsoft versions, computing especially big data processing
- Internal and External reports, Prepare MIS, monthly reports, use SAP for various entries and reports
