Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, you should be aware of the tools and processes required to build capability, specifically in areas such as Change Management, Implementation Partner Management, People Management, and designing and driving Sales Incentive Plans. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Sales Transformation Head to enhance Salesforce effectiveness through productivity and performance metrics - Design and provide tools for Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to elevate their effectiveness to world-class standards - Design and implement Sales Incentive Plans - Define capability and skill set matrices for the sales team - Develop competency mapping for individuals and departments - Create capability development roadmaps - Liaise with other departments such as HR and Regional teams to implement roadmaps effectively - Collaborate with HR and External Vendors for training content development - Design train the trainer programs - Establish training effectiveness measurement mechanisms Qualifications Required: - Project Management experience - Understanding of the commercial function - Led capability programs in large FMCG/telecom companies - Training skills Additional Details: This is a full-time position based in Krishangarh, Delhi, requiring reliable commuting or relocation before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with a total of 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. The work location is in person.
