Role Overview: As a Field Sales Manager at Goodyear, you will be responsible for analyzing sales in the South Gujarat & Central Gujarat region/territory. This includes monitoring market trends, competitors, and key accounts. Your main objective will be achieving volume, Gross Margin, and channel targets. You will lead a sales team effectively by implementing sales call methods, providing training, and utilizing IT tools to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Centralize field information and develop action plans to enhance customer business professionalism - Ensure smooth communication flow between field and regional/central staff - Monitor team productivity, conduct team assessments, and provide necessary training for team development - Measure performance based on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, team productivity, and achievement of performance and development objectives - Monitor Share of Accounts (SOA) and Share of Market (SOM) evolution to assess success in the assigned region/territory Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of leading teams to success Additional Details: Goodyear, as one of the world's largest tire companies, values innovation and excellence in its products and services.
