Role Overview: As a Field Sales Manager at Goodyear, you will be responsible for analyzing sales in the South Gujarat & Central Gujarat region/territory. This includes monitoring market trends, competitors, and key accounts. Your main objective will be achieving volume, Gross Margin, and channel targets. You will lead a sales team effectively by implementing sales call methods, providing training, and utilizing IT tools to enhance productivity.
