Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations in the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. Qualifications - Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Territory Management skills - Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Reporting - Strong Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Leadership and Team Management abilities - Proven experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
