Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales strategies, acquire and manage client relationships, and ensure revenue growth in the assigned geographical territory. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts, preparing performance reports, and strengthening customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. - Minimum Years of Experience : 3 Years in Software, SaaS Sales - Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Market Research and Analytical Abilities: Experience in market analysis to understand potential opportunities and challenges. - Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. - Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to align strategies and achieve common objectives. - Experience and Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the tech, unified communications, or contact center industry is preferred. - Additional Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to market dynamics.
